Fix the engine. Works when exhausted, not inspired.
Program Overview
This is not a mindset course. It’s the installation protocol for the internal system you’ve been trying to operate through sheer effort.
The Baseline Installation Protocol™ is a 5-part training designed to help you stop doing “dashboard work” (reframing thoughts, chasing insight, collecting tools)… and start doing engine work: installing a set of simple, repeatable state-shift tools that still function when you’re depleted, overloaded, and already past your limit.
You don’t need more information. You need the bridge between knowing and being okay—a manual you can follow on a difficult Tuesday at 11pm, not a theory you agree with on a Saturday morning.
Total Program Length: ~120 minutes (5 modules × ~24 minutes each)
Format: Self-paced training + guided installation worksheets + “exhausted-mode” protocol cards
Deliverable: Your Baseline Installation Map (the “Fix-First” engine sequence for your real life)
Start Here If You’ve Completed The 3am Baseline Audit™
You already know what pattern you’re living in. This is the part that turns that insight into a working system.
Start with Module 2 (Engine Signals) and Module 3 (The Installation Set) first—because you need tools that work today, not a prettier explanation of why you feel this way.
What You’ll Install
- The Engine-Not-Dashboard lens (so you stop applying cognitive tools to body-level states)
- A 3-step “Exhausted Mode” sequence for when you’re too tired to do anything “right”
- Threat-misfire recognition (how to tell when your system is sounding alarms that don’t match reality)
- A desk-safe downshift protocol you can run between emails, meetings, and pressure spikes
- A night spiral interruption sequence (not “sleep hygiene”—a real interrupt when you’re already activated)
- Your Baseline Installation Map: what to deploy first, second, and third—so you stop guessing
Module Breakdown
Module 1: Stop Polishing the Dashboard
Why your tools keep failing even when they’re “good tools.”
Focus: The level error (thought-layer tools applied to engine-layer states).
You’ll learn how to spot when you’re trying to “think your way out” of a state your body is generating—and why that creates the exact failure pattern Morgan described: you feel informed, validated… then you drop back to baseline.
Module 2: Engine Signals (The Misfire Map)
How to recognize “I’m fine” vs “my system is firing alarms.”
Focus: Threat detection vs reality; the early signals that predict spirals.
You’ll build a simple personal signal map so the moment you start slipping, you catch it early—before it becomes a full-hour internal emergency.
Module 3: The Installation Set (Tools That Stick)
The small set of interventions that still work when you’re depleted.
Focus: Installing actions that don’t require inspiration, privacy, or perfect conditions.
This is the “manual” section: what to do, in what order, with what intensity—so you stop collecting techniques and start building capacity.
Module 4: Exhausted Mode (Tuesday 11pm Protocol)
What to do when you have nothing left—but still have to function.
Focus: Ultra-low-friction deployment (bed, desk, car, bathroom stall—real life).
You’ll install a “minimum viable” sequence that works when your battery is at 4% and your brain is negotiating for an excuse to quit.
Module 5: Floor-Raising (Baseline Maintenance Without “Starting Over”)
How to raise the floor without needing a weekly reset.
Focus: Keeping the installation alive through imperfect weeks.
You’ll set a simple maintenance structure so the system survives stress, travel, workload spikes, and emotional hits—without turning into another routine you abandon.
Who This Is For
This training is for the quietly drowning high-functioner who:
- looks fine on the outside, but pays a huge internal performance tax
- has tried “good” tools (breathing, journaling, meditation) that don’t stick
- is tired of coping and wants something that feels structural
- wants to feel okay more often—not euphoric, not “healed,” just okay
- needs a system that works when they’re exhausted, not when they’re inspired
Program Outcomes
By the end of this protocol, you will:
- Know what “engine work” actually is (and stop wasting effort on dashboard fixes)
- Have a small set of tools you can deploy on bad days without needing the right mood
- Interrupt spirals earlier by recognizing your personal misfire signals
- Reduce self-blame by treating the pattern as mechanical, not a character flaw
- Raise your baseline by installing a repeatable sequence—rather than chasing temporary relief
