Find the Belief Killing Your Habits—Replace It in 5 Steps
Program Overview
A 5-part diagnostic and evidence-building system designed to find the specific, unconscious belief that is structurally overruling your habits—and give you a step-by-step protocol to replace it with behavioral proof.
This training is the necessary next step after identifying where your system breaks. It goes one layer deeper to find out why it breaks in the same way every time, targeting the identity-behavior mismatch at the root of your consistency collapse.
Total Program Length: ~110 minutes (5 modules × ~22 minutes each)
Format: Self-paced video training with guided worksheets and micro-action assignments
Deliverable: A one-sentence statement of your core limiting belief + a lightweight protocol to start rewiring it.
What You’ll Receive
- 5 in-depth training modules that guide you from diagnosis to lightweight action.
- The Identity Gap Audit worksheet to map your specific belief-behavior conflicts.
- The Limiting Belief Locator protocol to surface the unconscious belief driving your collapse pattern.
- The Micro-Evidence Protocol to design and collect small, non-overwhelming behavioral proofs.
- A scheduled, 10-minute Weekly Identity Checkpoint system to reinforce your progress without adding complexity.
Module Breakdown
Module 1: The Identity-Behavior Gap Diagnostic
Where exactly are your beliefs and your habits at war?
In this module, you will map the specific behaviors you want to maintain against the identity beliefs you currently hold. You’ll complete the “Identity Gap Audit” to get a clear, visual map of where your self-concept and desired behaviors are structurally incompatible, and receive your personal “identity gap score” across 5 key domains.
Module 2: The Limiting Belief Locator
Which specific belief is killing your most important habit?
Using your collapse pattern from The System Integrity Audit™, this module guides you through a questioning protocol to surface the single unconscious belief driving that pattern. You will name the belief explicitly and understand why it feels true, even though it’s just a conclusion drawn from past evidence.
Module 3: The Micro-Evidence Protocol
How to collect proof that the old belief might be wrong—without risking another collapse.
This is the bridge from diagnosis to action. You will design 3-5 “micro-proof behaviors”—actions so small they feel like collecting data, not building a new routine. This module teaches you how to accumulate behavioral evidence for a new identity without requiring motivation or risking another system failure.
Module 4: The Identity Narrative Rewrite
Changing the story you tell yourself after setbacks—so one bad day doesn’t kill the whole system.
Learn a structured process for rewriting your internal “post-failure narrative.” You will shift from a fixed identity story (“I failed because I’m broken”) to a growth process story (“I’m learning what works for my design”). This gives you a practical tool to build resilience and stop a single bad day from derailing your week.
Module 5: The Weekly Identity Checkpoint
A 10-minute ritual that reinforces new identity without adding to your complexity tax.
Design and schedule your personal “Identity Checkpoint”—a 10-minute weekly reflection protocol that is anti-complexity. This single ritual is designed to replace dozens of half-used systems, making identity reinforcement an automatic, calendar-triggered practice, not a motivation-dependent one.
Who This Is For
This training is for individuals who have completed The System Integrity Audit™ and suspect their consistency issues are rooted in a deeper identity conflict. It is for the self-aware person who is tired of “starting over” and wants a forensic tool to find the root cause, but needs a safe, structured way to begin taking action without risking another collapse.
Program Outcomes
By the end of this training, you will:
- Know the exact belief that has been overruling your most important habits.
- Have collected your first pieces of counter-evidence—micro-proof that the old belief is not a permanent fact.
- Possess a reframing structure to use in real-time after a setback, preventing a collapse spiral.
- Have one lightweight, 10-minute weekly ritual scheduled in your calendar to sustain your progress.
- Understand which deeper training to pursue next based on your specific identity-level diagnostic results.
